The Roof’s Summer 2025 Menu Has Arrived

Summer is officially on the table. At The Roof – FoodLab&Co., the rooftop restaurant of Dotcampus, the new Summer 2025 menu brings freshness, lightness, and creativity to every dish, from breakfast to dinner.

The updated menu focuses on seasonal ingredients, international inspirations, and balanced, feel-good food, ideal for sunny mornings, lazy brunches, aperitifs at sunset, and dinners under the stars.

New seasonal highlights include:

Sea bass ceviche with coconut milk

Buffalo ricotta raviolo with mint-lemon pesto

Zero-waste mojito – a nod to our sustainability commitment

Favorites like the club sandwich, pancakes with fresh fruit, and eggs benedict are still here, now reimagined for summer with bright colors and lighter flavors.

The cocktail list expands with creative drinks like the Nordés Herbal Tonic, the Arabica Fizz made with cold brew, and our signature Lazio countryside sangria. Add one of our tasting menus (3 or 4 courses) or shareable tapas for a more laid-back rooftop experience.
