The Roof – FoodLab&Co. confirms itself as a rooftop where Italian cuisine meets international suggestions, with an all-day proposal designed to welcome you at any time of the day.
From breakfast to dinner, passing through brunch and aperitifs at sunset, the new spring menu offers light, fresh and creative dishes, which enhance seasonality and attention to the quality of raw materials. Among the novelties: the beef genovese with pappardelle, the buckwheat maltagliati with mussels and beans, and the delicate amberjack carpaccio with carrots and parsley.
For those who love a healthy touch, many vegetarian proposals and single dishes such as rice with chicken and vegetables, avocado toast with seeds or fresh salads. And of course, there is no shortage of brunch classics: eggs benedict, pancakes, club sandwiches and French toast with strawberries and citrus zest.
To complete the experience: a drink list in perfect The Roof style, including signature cocktails (try the “Basil Spritz” and the “Sunset on the Roof”) and selected natural wines.
The rooftop is always open, every day from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm, for breakfasts with a view, relaxed lunch breaks or informal dinners under the stars. And for those who live or work in the San Giovanni district, a 10% discount on dinner and brunch.
