On Sunday 18 May, starting at 11:00 am, dotcampus opens its doors to the district, with a day dedicated to well-being. Together with Dr. Cecilia Dieci, we will discover how to prepare healthy and quick meals with an interactive cooking class.
During the meeting we will see together how to become aware of our lifestyle, in particular in our food choices.
We will learn how to organize a balanced eating day and starting from the guidelines we will build a healthy and balanced meal together by putting ourselves directly “in the kitchen“.
We will then talk about recommended portions and how to organize a weekly plan and a functional shopping list !
And finally, space for questions.
After lunch, from 2:00 pm, it will be possible to access the dotcampus fitness club for free to end the day on the move.
